We are looking for a Development Team Leader to manage the team in charge of our Service Desk solution, that has more than 10 years in the market and over 1300 active customers.
What will you be doing?
- Be responsible for a real agile, continuous delivery development process, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage resource allocation and monitor the execution of project roadmaps.
- Work directly with the CTO on product architecture and design.
- Provide technical leadership for your team.
- Provide team guidance, education, coaching and mentoring.
- Create career development plans, manage and review your team’s performance.
- Negotiate and balance between different stakeholders’ needs and wishes (your team, other teams, customers and management)
